Rule of thumb. Start on EU-Sovereign Cloud — it is the fastest, lowest-risk path and closes the CLOUD Act on day one. Move to Aegis when you need single-tenant isolation and a full Article 12 control plane. Choose the sovereign NVIDIA DGX solution when a physical air-gap or 100% model-weight ownership is non-negotiable, or when a steady, high-utilisation workload makes owned hardware cheaper than metered cloud over a 2–3 year horizon.
